This, coupled with my extensive travels have influenced my fusion style of cooking! I'm passionate about cooking and inspiring home cooks with imaginative food ideas. I bring a wealth of experience from the world of shopper marketing and retail strategy having worked for various Blue Chip food Labels in the UK.
